  • Manvinder Singh (Vindi) Banga

    Skills and experience: Before joining the Haleon Board, Vindi was Senior Independent Director at GSK and joined the GSK Board in September 2015. Additionally, he has been Chairman of UK Government Investments Limited (UKGI) since September 2021. Vindi was appointed Chair of the Haleon Board on 1 January 2026.

    Vindi has many years of commercial experience and a track record of delivering outstanding performance in highly competitive global consumer-focused businesses. Vindi spent 33 years at Unilever plc, where his last role was President of the Global Foods, Home and Personal Care businesses, and a member of the Unilever Executive Board. Vindi sat on the Prime Minister of India’s Council of Trade & Industry from 2004 to 2014 and was on the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

    Previous experience: His prior non-executive roles include Non-Executive Director of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and Thomson Reuters Corp, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mauser Group, Chairman of Kalle GmbH, Senior Independent Director of Marks & Spencer Group plc and Chair, Exec Committee, Diversey Inc. Before joining the Haleon Board, Vindi was Senior Independent Director at GSK and joined the GSK Board in September 2015. Additionally, he has been Chairman of UK Government Investments Limited (UKGI) since September 2021. Vindi was appointed Chair of the Haleon Board on 1 January 2026.

    Skills and experience: Drawing on extensive experience in consumer healthcare, product supply, and brand marketing, Brian has held senior leadership roles within several major global organisations. His deep understanding of the sector, combined with a proven ability to drive growth across large and complex regions, provides him with the strategic insight and leadership capabilities needed to effectively guide and inspire the Group.

    Skills and experience: Dawn is a Chartered Accountant, with an extensive and proven track record of financial, international and consumer experience. She joins Haleon from Tate & Lyle plc where she was CFO and member of the Board and Executive Team. Her previous experience includes a 25-year career at Mars Inc. where she was more recently Global CFO and Vice President of Global Transformation.

    Other significant appointments: Dawn also serves as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at the British media company ITV plc.

Alan’s breadth of knowledge and boardroom experience continues to be a valuable asset to the Board.

    Previous roles: Nancy has spent most of her career in technology and business operations in healthcare, life sciences, industrial, and distribution across several Fortune 100 companies, including McKesson Corporation, Johnson Controls Inc., Abbott Laboratories Inc,  Analog Devices, Inc. and Comerica Incorporated.

Her deep understanding of brand positioning and consumer engagement across international markets adds meaningful insight to the Board.

    Skills and experience: A strong background in financial leadership and strategic planning underpins Bláthnaid’s career, developed through a range of executive and non-executive roles across consumer-facing businesses. As a qualified chartered accountant, Bláthnaid has spent much of her career working across Europe, Asia, and Australia, giving her a truly international outlook that enhances her contribution to the Board.

    Skills and experience: With over 35 years of experience in international banking and financial services, Tracy has held a range of senior leadership roles that have shaped her extensive expertise. Her broad experience in the sector is complemented by her work as Chair of Remuneration Committees for several organisations, where she has demonstrated a strong ability to guide complex discussions around remuneration strategy, policy development, and governance. Her insights continue to be a valuable asset to the Board.

    Skills and experience: Prior to joining the Haleon Board, Vivienne was an independent Non-Executive Director at GSK, a role she had held since July 2016, Vivienne had also been Workforce Engagement Director at GSK since January 2019. Vivienne has wide experience of business gained in the energy, natural resources, and publishing sectors. She also has a deep understanding of regulatory organisations and government.

    Other significant appointments: Vivienne’s external appointments include: Non-Executive Director, Venterra Group; Chair, Victrex plc; Non-Executive Director, African Leadership Institute; Advisory Board Member, Montrose Associates; Investment Advisor, QantX Ventures; Vice Chair, Saïd Business School, Oxford and member of its Global Leadership Council, Patron, Hospice of St Francis and Chair, Pyrol Group Ltd.

    Previous experience: Vivienne has wide experience of business gained in the energy, natural resources, and publishing sectors. She also has a deep understanding of regulatory organisations and government. Vivienne worked for BP plc for 28 years, in Britain and Continental Europe, in posts including Executive Vice President and Chief Executive of BP’s gas, power and renewable business and its alternative energy unit. Vivienne was previously a Non-Executive Director of BG Group plc and Rio Tinto plc, the Senior Independent Director of Pearson plc, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vallourec, Lead Independent Director at the UK Government’s Department for International Development and Chair of Rosalind Franklin Institute.

    Keith Choy

    President, Asia Pacific

    Appointed: 16 December 2021

    Keith was appointed Head of Asia Pacific in 2019, while the business was still part of GSK.

    Skills and experience: Before joining GSK, Keith was the President for International markets of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare (PCH). He previously served as the Regional President of APAC PCH and before that as China GM, where he oversaw significant sales growth in the China OTC category. Across his 28 years of commercial experience in the consumer-packaged goods and healthcare industries, Keith has also held various roles of sales, brand marketing, and general management in Wyeth, Gillette and Joyco (acquired by Wrigley Company).

    He was awarded the Internationalist of the Year for 2017.

    Appointed: 1 August 2024

    Skills and experience: Line joined Haleon from Aliaxis, a global leader in creating sustainable solutions for water and energy, where she was Chief People and Sustainability Officer.  Line brings deep experience of operating in complex and regulated organisations during times of change and transformation.

    Line also held senior HR management roles at DuPont and started her career at PWC and UCB where she specialised in tax and reward.

    Other significant appointments: Line is a Non-Executive Director of medical imaging company Agfa-Gevaert.

    Previous roles: Her previous roles have included Senior Vice President and Head of Transformation at GSK, where she also held a series of HR roles within both its Consumer and Pharmaceutical divisions.

    Skills and experience: With more than 25 years’ experience working in technology, Claire joined Haleon from the FTSE-listed packaging business DS Smith, where she was Chief Information Officer. 

    In this role, Claire was accountable for building and deploying cyber secure and resilient operations across over 300 industrial facilities globally and unlocking growth by driving digital and data capabilities across machine, energy, supply chain and customer experience. 

    Previous roles: Chief Information Officer for BP’s Downstream business.

  • Nathalie Gerschtein

    Nathalie Gerschtein

    Appointed: 1 May 2025

    Nathalie was appointed President, North America in May 2025.

    Skills and experience:  With more than 20 years’ experience in FMCG, retail, and beauty, Nathalie joined Haleon from L’Oréal, where she was President of the Consumer Products Division (CPD) for North America at L’Oreal Group. 

    Nathalie has worked in multi-cultural environments, and in both mature markets and emerging markets, as well as across three continents, Europe, Asia, North America.  

    She graduated from HEC Paris and holds an MBA from London Business School.

  • Andrés González

    President, Latin America

    Andrés González

    President, Latin America

    Andrés González was appointed President, Latin America in January 2026.

    Skills and experience: He joined Haleon from Unilever, where he has spent five years in leadership roles in Latin America, most recently as President Beauty & Wellbeing LatAm and President, Unilever Brazil.

    Andrés previously spent 20 years at the consumer goods business, Quala, after starting his career at Procter & Gamble.

    Previous roles: A graduate of CESA in Bogota, Andrés holds a degree in Business Administration. He was also a board member of the UN Global Impact, the corporate sustainability initiatives of the United Nations.

    Carl Haney

    Chief R&D Officer

    Appointed: 1 August 2025

    Skills and experience: He brings over three decades of global R&D leadership, including 13 years at Estée Lauder Companies Inc, as Executive Vice President, Global Innovation and Research and Development and more than 20 years at P&G across Home, Health and Beauty Care, where he led innovation across iconic brands like Crest, Oral-B and Braun.

    Carl has a truly global perspective having worked across multiple countries, gaining deep insights into both developed and emerging markets.

    Previous roles: A chemical engineering graduate from Vanderbilt University, he has also served on boards spanning the arts, drug delivery, and digital innovation.

    President, Middle East & Africa

    Özlem Kaynak was appointed President, MEA in January 2026.

    Skills and experience: She was previously General Manager for Haleon’s Middle East & Africa business, leading operations across more than 45 countries. She brings over 25 years’ experience in consumer health and FMCG, with a career spanning leadership roles in Beiersdorf, Perrigo, and GSK Consumer Healthcare before joining Haleon.

    Özlem is passionate about expanding access to self-care and driving sustainable growth in diverse markets. A graduate of Boğaziçi University with a Master’s in Economic from SUNY Binghamton, she combines strategic insight with a commitment to health inclusivity across the MEA region.

  • Filippo Lanzi

    Filippo Lanzi

    Appointed: 16 December 2021

    Skills and experience: Filippo was appointed Chief Growth Officer in January 2026, having previously served as Head of EMEA and Latin America since 2021, and EMEA Lead from 2019, while the business was still part of GSK.

    Having joined GSK in 2012, he has served in various roles across Southern, Central and Eastern Europe before leading the Asia Pacific business.

    Previous roles: Prior to joining GSK, he was the Operating Unit Head in Italy and Greece for Novartis’ OTC business. Previously, Filippo spent five years at Johnson & Johnson, managing the Diabetes Division in Italy and then as Head of Mediterranean Cluster for the Ethicon/ Endo Franchise. Before J&J, he spent a decade with Nestlé, holding various roles across Marketing, Sales and Finance.

  • Kedar Lele

    Kedar Lele

    Kedar Lele was appointed President, India Subcontinent in January 2026.

    Skills and experience: With more than 25 years of experience across FMCG, advertising, digital innovation, and automative sectors, Kedar joined Haleon from Castrol India Ltd, where he was the Managing Director.

    Kedar holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Operations from the Indian School of Business and a postgraduate diploma in Marketing Communications from MICA.

    Other significant appointments: He serves on the board of TVS Automobile Solutions and previously served as Vice President at the Foreign Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Bangladesh.

    Previous roles: Before joining Castrol, Kedar spent two decades at Hindustan Unilever Ltd, where he held senior roles including Executive Director for Sales and Customer Development in South Asia and Chairman & Managing Director of Unilever Bangladesh.

    Skills and experience: Adrian brings a wealth of expertise across all aspects of the legal, regulatory, compliance and governance agenda, including 11 years as Group General Counsel for Tesco PLC, the leading multinational retailer.  

    Other significant appointments: He is a Non-Executive Director of Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

    Previous roles: Prior to joining Tesco, Adrian was Associate General Counsel at BP PLC and before that was at Centrica PLC.

    Skills and experience: Namrata joined Haleon from Procter & Gamble, where she spent 17 years in various leadership roles. This included spending six years leading Global Supply Chain for the company’s Beauty Sector, as well as leading the supply chain sustainability agenda for Procter & Gamble globally. Namrata also had supply chain leadership roles in Central Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa, Western Europe and Latin America.

    Other significant appointments: Namrata is also a Non-Executive Director of Oxford Biomedica, a leading gene and cell therapy group.

    Previous roles: Before joining Procter & Gamble, Namrata held senior leadership roles at global consumer companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Gillette and Procter & Gamble.

  • Ed Petter

    Appointed: 1 January 2024

    Skills and experience: As Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, he is responsible for delivering the company’s global Corporate Affairs agenda which encompasses external and internal engagement, issues and reputation management, government affairs, corporate and trade policy, sustainability and social impact.

    Prior to joining Haleon, Ed spent seven years at BT Group, the UK’s leading telecommunications and network provider, as Group Corporate Affairs Director and member of the Executive Committee.

    Previous roles: Ed brings extensive corporate affairs leadership experience from across a range of sectors, having held senior positions at Lloyds Banking Group and McDonald's, as well as previous consulting roles at McKinsey & Company and Blue Rubicon. He started his career as a journalist at the BBC.

  • Björn Timelin

    Björn was appointed Chief Transformation Officer in January 2026, having previously served as Head of Strategy since 2023.

    Skills and experience: Björn joined Haleon from McKinsey, where he was a Senior Partner specialising in strategic and commercial topics for consumer-facing companies, with clients across the retail, consumer packaged goods, media, and luxury goods sectors.

    Previous roles: Prior to joining McKinsey, Björn spent four years at Procter & Gamble’s beauty-care division in the UK and Switzerland.

  • Jonathan Workman

    President, Europe

    Jonathan Workman

    President, Europe

    Jon Workman was appointed President, Europe in January 2026.

    Skills and experience: Jon has over 30 years’ experience of General Management, Marketing and Sales experience in consumer health and FMCG, most recently as the Head of Business Transformation and prior to that the General Manager for Haleon’s Northern Europe Business overseeing markets across the UK & Ireland, France, Benelux, and the Nordics. He joined GSK Consumer Healthcare in 2010 after 15 years at Procter & Gamble and has held senior leadership roles across Indochina, Southern Africa, Great Britain & Ireland, and Central & Eastern Europe.

    Other significant appointments: Jon is a passionate advocate for self-care. As President of the Association of the European Self-Care Industry (AESGP), he champions better access, sustainability, and policy reform to empower consumers and strengthen healthcare systems.
