Our Impact

Our suppliers are an important extension of our value chain. They help us deliver against key priorities whilst innovating and improving efficiency to realise our purpose to deliver better everyday health with humanity.
We value the influence our strategic partners have on the consumers, communities, and planet we serve. Your expertise is essential to our progress, and we’re committed to building shared value through transparency and collaboration.
If you are an existing partner or interested in becoming one, you can access information about easy onboarding, prompt payment, and key Haleon Policies through our Supplier Portal.
Sustainability is central to both our values and our strategy. We are committed to protecting both Human Rights and the environment, aiming to achieve net zero carbon emissions from source to sale by 2040, aligned to guidance from The Climate Pledge and Race to Zero¹.
To achieve our environmental goals, we depend on suppliers who share our values and demonstrate continuous commitment to improve. That is why we created the Sustainability Guidance for Suppliers Document, to outline our expectations for each element of our programme.
Since January 2024, we’ve used carbon pricing when evaluating supplier tenders. This creates a commercial incentive for suppliers to proactively decarbonise, by ensuring a product or service with lower emissions has a competitive advantage.
It works by applying a price per tonne of carbon dioxide (CO2e) to the carbon footprint of a supplier’s product or service. Where suppliers don’t provide a carbon footprint, a generic emissions factor for the relevant product or service is used, with a 50% uplift.
Carbon pricing rewards suppliers for their decarbonisation efforts, especially when they do it more cost-effectively than the EU’s benchmark rate. This creates a competitive advantage for sustainable suppliers, while helping us accelerate our progress towards net zero.

Our consumers are at the heart of every decision we make, driving innovation across our key product categories. To achieve this, we harness the combined strengths of our internal teams and strategic partners.
Through our Partners for Growth (P4G) programme, we identify and collaborate with Suppliers who share our core values and drive efficiency. Together, we participate in regular, formalised business reviews with a focus on long term, mutually beneficial growth. P4G enables us to emphasise joint investment, innovation, responsible business practices and expanding market opportunities.
We follow a supplier segmentation approach which is foundational to Haleon’s category strategy, focusing on supporting the most impactful, innovative supplier relationships. These partners are invited to work closely with our teams and senior leadership, developing a digital integration roadmap and delivering strategic initiatives.
We believe an inclusive supply chain drives innovation, resilience, and meaningful impact. Our commitment to Supplier Inclusion allows us to represent and serve all the different consumers who trust our brands, while unlocking fresh perspectives and capabilities that help strengthen our operations and meet consumers' needs.
We aim to create opportunities that support long-term partnerships and sustainable economic growth across the markets we operate in.
1 Our net zero target spans carbon emission categories from source to sale (excluding GHG protocol categories 6, 7, 10-15). It covers mandatory Scope 3 upstream and downstream emissions. It excludes indirect consumer use-phase emissions, such as emissions associated with water used with our products.
