As a consumer company that specialises in better everyday health, we know that resilience depends on people.

We develop and empower our own people and work closely with individuals, industries and communities across our value chain — from mint farmers to packaging experts, scientists, retailers and health professionals — to build the skills and capabilities needed to enable better everyday health today and tomorrow.

We aim to create an inclusive environment where our people feel supported and able to reach their full potential, while strong partnerships across our supply chain, retail networks and community organisations help us address shared challenges and unlock opportunities for greater impact.

Goal: We aim to achieve gender parity in leadership roles by 20301.

  • Supporting our people

We aim to create an inclusive and accessible work environment where people feel they truly belong.

We continue to evolve our approach to developing and attracting talent to unlock the potential of our people and foster a culture that gives us a competitive advantage. We believe a dynamic workforce brings diversity of thought that helps us better understand our consumers.

Employees have a range of tools and initiatives available to them, designed to support holistic health and wellbeing. These include our energy and resilience programme ‘myWellbeing’, mental health training for managers through Leading on Mental Health, mindfulness sessions to support stress management, EAP engagement and various health and wellbeing workshops and forums.

  • Supporting our suppliers

Our business is built on collaboration – with thousands of individuals, industries and communities around the world. From mint farmers and raw materials suppliers, to retailers, scientists and health professionals, we are supporting people across our value chain.

Our supply chain is central to our business strategy and long-term success. We partner with suppliers who uphold high environmental, social, and ethical standards, fostering resilient and sustainable relationships that support our commercial goals and sustainability ambitions. To help suppliers meet these expectations, we share guidance, provide training, promote transparency, and encourage continuous improvement. To deliver impact at scale, we partner across our value chain to address shared challenges.

  • Other partners

We partner with industry peers, retailers, health professionals and charitable organisations to break down barriers to better everyday health. These collaborations combine resources, expertise, and reach to deliver impactful programmes at both local and global levels. By working with trusted partners, we empower communities and make health more inclusive and sustainable.

Haleon focuses on delivering impact at community level through local and global partnerships with charitable organisations. This support includes monetary donations, product donations and staff time through employee volunteering.

In this spirit, we are launching the Haleon Better Everyday Health Project – a community-led initiative, delivered with partners such as CARE international, that helps bring everyday health advice and products closer to where people need them. Through the project, we will strengthen and build the capabilities of trusted community voices such as pharmacy workers, health educators and community leaders to help people take more control of their everyday health, putting health in more hands. In many countries, retailers also play a vital role in advancing environmental and social initiatives at a community level. We believe in collaborating with retail partners – to address shared environmental challenges and to work together on shared everyday health priorities – combining our expertise and reach to deliver better everyday health at scale.

  • Community investment

Communities across the world are facing barriers to better every day health. Challenges with health literacy, an inability to access the right care, and bias and prejudice can hold people back across the communities in which we live and work.

That is why building healthier communities is critical to making everyday health more inclusive. We identify opportunities where we can have the most impact, providing local and global charitable donations, including funding, product donations and our employees’ time through volunteering initiatives.

Working with trusted organisations including the British Red Cross, CARE, Direct Relief, Save the Children, Smile Train, and UNICEF, we help address local health needs and expand access to essential everyday health support.

Through these collaborations, we pair Haleon’s expertise and products with the deep community insight and on-the-ground capabilities of our partners, enabling us to deliver targeted, meaningful programmes where they can make the most difference.
