    Dave served as Group Chief Executive Officer of Tesco plc, a multinational retailer, from 2014 until September 2020.

    Prior to joining Tesco, he served for 28 years in a variety of management positions with Unilever plc, a global consumer products company. His last two roles, President Americas and Global President for Personal care were on the Global Executive team.

    Dave is a non-executive director with PepsiCo and Chairman of Xlinks, a privately owned renewable energy business. He also served on the Sky plc Board from 2012 to 2016. Dave also serves on the boards of several non-profit and charitable organisations, including as Chair of the World Wildlife Fund-UK and as a trustee of Leverhulme Trust, a UK charitable foundation. He was also chair of Champions 12.3, a UN programme seeking to add momentum to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Target 12.3 by 2030, and co-chair of the Consumer, Retail and Life Sciences Business Council, which was established to advise the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

    In recognition of his contribution to business and the food industry in the United Kingdom, Dave was knighted by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in the 2021 New Year’s Honours List.

    Brian is the CEO of Haleon, having been appointed in July 2021. Prior to that, he had led the Consumer Healthcare business since 2016, while it was still part of GSK. He is focused on shaping a strategy for growth that puts purpose at its heart. He leads 23,000 employees across more than 100 countries, who are working every day to deliver better everyday health with humanity.

    Brian initially joined GSK Consumer Healthcare as Head of Europe and the Americas in 2015, Previously, he spent three years as the Over-the-Counter (OTC) Division Head at Novartis and a member of the Novartis Executive Committee, following a number of senior leadership roles across his ten-year tenure at the company. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where over a 16-year tenure, he gained extensive experience in product supply, brand marketing, and customer leadership.

    Brian sits on Haleon’s Board of Directors. He is also a Board member of Mondelẽz International, Inc and the Consumer Goods Forum (CGF). He has previously served as a Board Member and Chairman of the Global Self Care Federation (GSCF) and an active member of the Board of Trustees for Treloar’s – a trust providing support and independence education for young people with physical disabilities.

    Tobias is Haleon’s CFO, having been appointed in December 2021. He had previously held the role of CFO for the Consumer Healthcare division, while the business was still part of GSK. He is also a member of Haleon’s Board of Directors.

    Prior to joining GSK in 2017, Tobias was the Chief Financial Officer at Sandoz – Novartis’ Generics Division. In 2010, he was named Chief Financial Officer for the former Novartis Consumer Health Division, a position that evolved into Tobias' role as CFO for the Novartis OTC division.

    Earlier in his career he held both local and global finance leadership roles at Novartis in the US, Germany and Switzerland, for example as Global Head of Finance for the Animal Health business, Global Controller for Sandoz and CFO for Hexal.

    Before joining the Haleon Board, Vindi was Senior Independent Director at GSK and joined the GSK Board in September 2015. Additionally, he has been Chairman of UK Government Investments Limited (UKGI) since September 2021.

    Vindi has many years of commercial experience and a track record of delivering outstanding performance in highly competitive global consumer-focused businesses. Vindi spent 33 years at Unilever plc, where his last role was President of the Global Foods, Home and Personal Care businesses, and a member of the Unilever Executive Board. Vindi sat on the Prime Minister of India’s Council of Trade & Industry from 2004 to 2014 and was on the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

    His prior non-executive roles include Non-Executive Director of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and Thomson Reuters Corp, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mauser Group, Chairman of Kalle GmbH, Senior Independent Director of Marks & Spencer Group plc and Chair, Exec Committee, Diversey Inc.

    Vindi’s external appointments include: Partner, Clayton Dubilier & Rice; Non-Executive Director, The Economist Newspaper Limited; Member, Holdingham International Advisory Board; Board Member, International Chamber of Commerce UK; Member, Governing Board of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad; Member, Global Leadership Council of Saïd Business School, Oxford; and Chair of the Board of Trustees, Marie Curie.

    Marie-Anne has had a successful 30+ year international career spanning the consumer and luxury sectors, growing businesses, and shaping brands through innovation and creativity.

    Most recently, Marie-Anne led the worldwide Oral Care category at Unilever PLC where she developed a portfolio of new premium brands. Prior to that Marie-Anne was Brand General Manager of LVMH Group’s (LVMH) Dior Perfume and Beauty business where she was responsible for strategy, brand equity, innovation, advertising, and digital. Before joining LVMH, Marie-Anne was Managing Director for Unilever’s Home and Personal Care business in France.

    Marie-Anne is a non-executive director of Pierre Fabre Group and is a Trustee of The Academy of Saint Martin in the Fields.

    Tracy is currently Non-Executive Director and Chair of Remuneration at TP ICAP plc, Starling Bank and the All England Netball Association. She is also Chair of SchoolOnline, an online learning platform and Advisor and Non-Executive Director at Acin Ltd.

    Tracy has considerable international banking, financial services, commercial and leadership experience, having held a range of senior executive positions over 30 years at Standard Chartered Bank, where her last role was Private Bank CEO and Regional CEO, Europe & Americas. During her time at Standard Chartered she served as a director of Standard Chartered Bank UK, a Non-Executive director of Standard Chartered First Bank in Korea, director of Zodia Holdings Limited and Zodia Custody Ltd. She also chaired the Supervisory Board of Standard Chartered Bank AG and Standard Chartered Yatirim Bankasi Turk A.S.

    Tracy is an experienced remuneration committee chair and non-executive director. Her prior non-executive roles include Chair of the Remuneration Committees of Sky plc and Eaga plc and Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee member of Inmarsat plc. She has also served on the boards of the China Britain Business Council and TheCityUK.

  • Dame Vivienne Cox

    Prior to joining the Haleon Board, Vivienne was an independent Non-Executive Director at GSK, a role she had held since July 2016, Vivienne had also been Workforce Engagement Director at GSK since January 2019.

    Vivienne has wide experience of business gained in the energy, natural resources, and publishing sectors. She also has a deep understanding of regulatory organisations and government. Vivienne worked for BP plc for 28 years, in Britain and Continental Europe, in posts including Executive Vice President and Chief Executive of BP’s gas, power and renewable business and its alternative energy unit. Vivienne was previously a Non-Executive Director of BG Group plc and Rio Tinto plc, the Senior Independent Director of Pearson plc, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vallourec and the Lead Independent Director at the UK Government’s Department for International Development.

    Vivienne’s external appointments include: Chair, Victrex plc; Non-Executive Director, African Leadership Institute; Vice President, Energy Institute; Advisory Board Member, Montrose Associates; Investment Advisor, QantX Ventures; Chair, Rosalind Franklin Institute; Vice Chair, Saïd Business School, Oxford and member of its Global Leadership Council, and Patron, Hospice of St Francis.

    Asmita has over 25 years of experience working in consumer businesses. She has worked at L’Oréal Group since 2013 and is currently Chief Digital and Marketing Officer and a member of the L’Oréal Executive Committee.

    Asmita brings extensive expertise of marketing in the digital age and is leading L’Oréal on a digital transformation journey to evolve the marketing models, adopt new data-driven solutions, and accelerate emerging business models for the largest beauty company in the world.

    Asmita also brings strong experience working in China where she strengthened L’Oréal’s digital footprint in the region, built L’Oréal’s first joint-business partnerships with Alibaba Group and Tencent Holdings Ltd and established a broader start-up ecosystem.

    In addition to her executive career, Asmita served on the GSK Consumer Healthcare Digital Advisory Board.

  • Deirdre Mahlan

    Deirdre is Non-Executive Director at Kimberly-Clark Corporation and Interim President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Board of The Duckhorn Portfolio, Inc.

    Deirdre joins the Haleon Board with deep finance and consumer product experience and is a qualified accountant. She held a number of senior finance and general management roles over her 27-year career at Diageo, including President of Diageo North America, Chief Financial Officer, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Head of Tax and Treasury at Diageo plc, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Diageo North America, and Vice President of Finance at Diageo Guinness USA. She has also held various senior finance roles in Joseph Seagram and Sons, Inc. and PwC.

  • Bryan Supran

    Bryan brings considerable corporate, strategic and business development experience from over 25 years as a leading corporate and transactional attorney across consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical and life sciences.

    Since 2015, Bryan has served as Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel of Pfizer, a role that includes counselling management and the Board of Directors on strategic initiatives and business development transactions, such as Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine collaboration with BioNTech, the successful split-off of its animal health business as Zoetis, and the joint venture with GSK to create the premier global consumer healthcare business - now Haleon. Bryan served on the joint venture Board with GSK following the transaction with Pfizer until the demerger of Haleon.

    Bryan’s role also has included leadership of Pfizer’s intellectual property and international legal teams, as well as legal support for Pfizer’s R&D and manufacturing organizations. Previously, Bryan practiced law at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston and New York, where he helped establish the firm’s life sciences practice.

  • David (Dave) Denton

    Appointed: 1 March 2023

    Dave is currently Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President at Pfizer and brings extensive healthcare, financial as well as commercial experience to the Haleon board. With more than 25 years of finance and operational expertise, predominantly in the healthcare sector, Dave provides a unique perspective on the role of payers, the needs of patients and the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

    Prior to joining Pfizer in 2022, Dave was the CFO and Executive Vice President of Lowe’s Companies Inc. where he led Lowe’s financial functions and processes. He has previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO of CVS Health where he was instrumental in CVS’s transformational journey from a retail pharmacy to a health solutions company. In his time at CVS, Dave also led the full integration of Caremark into CVS and played a pivotal role in CVS’s acquisition of Aetna in 2017. Dave also previously served on the board of Tapestry Inc., where he was a director for over nine years.

    Prior to CVS, Dave was with the management consulting firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

    Keith was appointed Head of Asia Pacific in 2019, while the business was still part of GSK.

    Before joining GSK, Keith was the President for International markets of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare (PCH). He previously served as the Regional President of APAC PCH and before that as China GM, where he oversaw significant sales growth in the China OTC category. Across his 28 years of commercial experience in the consumer-packaged goods and healthcare industries, Keith has also held various roles of sales, brand marketing, and general management in Wyeth, Gillette and Joyco (acquired by Wrigley Company).

    He was awarded the Internationalist of the Year for 2017.

  • Filippo Lanzi

    President, EMEA and LATAM

    Filippo was appointed Head of EMEA and Latin America for Haleon in 2021, having previously served as EMEA Lead from 2019, while the business was still part of GSK.

    Having joined GSK in 2012, he has served in various roles across Southern, Central and Eastern Europe before leading the Asia Pacific business.

    Prior to joining GSK, he was the Operating Unit Head in Italy and Greece for Novartis’ OTC business. Previously, Filippo spent five years at Johnson & Johnson, managing the Diabetes Division in Italy and then as Head of Mediterranean Cluster for the Ethicon/ Endo Franchise. Before J&J, he spent a decade with Nestlé, holding various roles across Marketing, Sales and Finance.

  • Mairéad Nayager

    Mairéad was appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer in March 2022 and is responsible for guaranteeing Haleon’s ambitions are delivered through the quality of talent and culture at the company.

    Previously, Mairéad was Chief Human Resources Officer at Diageo for six and a half years, having already held a number of HR executive roles across a number of Diageo’s regional businesses over the previous decade. At Diageo she played a pivotal role in successfully leading the business through multiple business transformations, developing and delivering a dynamic performance culture and spearheading Diageo’s plans to help create a more inclusive world.

    Prior to joining Diageo, Mairéad spent three years at the Irish Business and Employers’ Confederation (IBEC) where she represented companies across various sectors in industrial relations

  • Lisa Paley

    Lisa Paley

    President, North America

    Lisa has led the North America Region since 2021, having previously been General Manager, U.S. and Puerto Rico, when the business was still part of GSK.

    She joined GSK in 2019 from Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, where she had been President of North America, responsible for the US, Puerto Rico and Canadian markets. In her decade at Pfizer, Lisa had senior roles in sales strategy; was General Manager of Puerto Rico & Caribbean; was the U.S. Chief Customer Officer and leader of Global E-Commerce.

    Previously, Lisa worked at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) as a Vice President in US Sales and also spent 18 years with the former Pfizer Consumer Healthcare/Warner Lambert where she held positions of increasing responsibility in Sales, Customer Development, Sales Strategy, Operations, Category Management & Insights and General Management.

    She is a former Certified Public Accountant and worked for Deloitte.

    Lisa is a Board member of several US industry association boards including CHPA Executive Committee, NACDS Retail Advisory Board, and the WE Board.

  • Franck Riot

    Chief R&D Officer

    Franck was appointed Head of Global R&D in 2019, while the business was still part of GSK. Previously, Franck was Vice President of Research and Innovation at Danone for the Essential Dairy and Plant-Based World-Wide Business Unit from 2017-2019.

    Franck began his career as an R&D engineer in the beauty and personal care sector, then spent 14 years at Danone, with progressively larger R&D roles in Europe. He left Danone for six years to run the global R&D organisation for IGLO (owned by private equity Permira), which was sold to Nomad Foods. Franck was part of the Nomad Foods team that then took the company public in 2015, after which he returned to Danone to run research and innovation for the newly created EDP unit after the acquisition of the world leading plant-based food company WhiteWave (2017).

    Ed was appointed to Haleon’s Executive Team in January 2024. As Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, he is responsible for delivering the company’s global Corporate Affairs agenda which encompasses external and internal engagement, issues and reputation management, government affairs, corporate and trade policy, sustainability and social impact.

    Prior to joining Haleon, Ed sent seven years at BT Group, the UK’s leading telecommunications and network provider, as Group Corporate Affairs Director and member of the Executive Committee.

    Ed brings extensive corporate affairs leadership experience from across a range of sectors, having held senior positions at Lloyds Banking Group and McDonalds, as well as previous consulting roles at McKinsey & Company and Blue Rubicon. He started his career as a journalist at the BBC.

  • Tamara Rogers

    Tamara was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in 2019, while the business was still part of GSK, having previously served as Region Head for EMEA.

    Prior to joining GSK, Tamara spent nearly 25 years at Unilever, having joined as a Management Trainee in the UK. She held significant leadership positions such as EVP Region Head Personal Care for Unilever North America and prior to that, EVP Global Deodorants Category.

    Tamara has 30 years of experience in FMCG with numerous commercial roles across marketing, advertising, customer development and general management, in local, regional and global capacities. Her experience includes the development of business growth strategies, strategic portfolio management, innovation development, brand branding, design, customer development and trade marketing. Her responsibilities have also included Media, Consumer Business Insights & Analytics, Marketing and Digital Commerce capability.

    Tamara is a Board Member of the Global Self-Care Federation, which exists to create a healthier world through better self-care.

    Bjarne was appointed General Counsel in 2020, while the business was still part of GSK.

    Prior to his role at GSK, Bjarne was Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and member of the Executive Team at Pearson, where he led the company's legal, compliance, and company secretary functions. He previously worked in numerous locations across Europe, Asia and the United States in senior executive capacities with Coca-Cola, most recently as Associate General Counsel of The Coca-Cola Company. He has also held positions at Kimberly-Clark, and the law firms of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and White & Case LLP.

    Bjarne previously sat on the Boards of Coca-Cola West Co.,Ltd., Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG, Mowi ASA and Hire an Esquire.

    Björn was appointed Head of Strategy in October 2023.

    Björn joined Haleon from McKinsey, where he was a Senior Partner specialising in strategic and commercial topics for consumer-facing companies, with clients across the retail, consumer packaged goods, media, and luxury goods sectors.

    Prior to joining McKinsey, Björn spent four years at Procter & Gamble’s beauty-care division in the UK and Switzerland.

    Chief Supply Chain Officer

    Namrata was appointed Chief Supply Chain Officer in November 2023.

    Namrata joined Haleon from Procter & Gamble, where she spent 17 years in various leadership roles. This included spending six years leading Global Supply Chain for the company’s Beauty Sector, as well as leading the supply chain sustainability agenda for Procter & Gamble globally. Namrata also had supply chain leadership roles in Central Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa, Western Europe and Latin America.

    Before joining Procter & Gamble, Namrata held senior leadership roles at global consumer companies including Coca Cola and The Gillette Company. Namrata is also a Non-Executive Director of Oxford Biomedica, a leading gene and cell therapy group.
