Our community guidelines

Remember to follow our social media community guidelines when you interact with Haleon online. 

An open environment where people can engage freely and safely - that’s what we want. A community that shows courtesy, kindness, and respect for everyone.

To help create this safe and inclusive environment on our social media channels, we’ve set out some simple guidelines:

First things first. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind, including race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

Love. Not Hate. We do not tolerate comments or messages that are defamatory of any person, deceive others, are obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, hateful, inflammatory or promote violence.

Keep it on-topic. We have room for comments, critiques, questions, and suggestions, but we don’t have room for spam, advertisements, or sexually explicit materials.

We want to hear from you. We’ll do our best to moderate and respond quickly to your comments and feedback. We monitor our channels multiple times a day, so please be patient with us as we work through responses from our community.

Finally, rules are rules. It’s our responsibility to keep our community safe and we will hide/delete comments that break our guidelines. We will block and/or report accounts or profiles who are repeat offenders.
