We have a strong presence in Puerto Rico, where our manufacturing plant in Guayama produces our trusted brands, such as Advil, Caltrate, Centrum, Emergen-C, and Nexium. We also have a commercial office in Guaynabo, which allows us to stay connected with the Puerto Rican community and support efficient operations throughout the region.

Victor assumed the role of Country Manager for Puerto Rico in 2019. He began his journey at Haleon in market research, where he built a solid foundation that led him to his first position in brand management. After nearly 20 years in marketing, and with the support of inspiring leaders, he took on a leadership role in sales, expanding his knowledge of Haleon. Throughout his career in sales and marketing, he has consistently driven growth, achieved solid results, and earned recognition for his impact across the company.
Before joining Haleon, Victor had extensive experience in distribution and the confectionery industry with companies like Ferrero and Pfizer, which contributed to his professional development. He worked on various projects and initiatives that honed his skills in strategic planning, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation and prepared him for his current position at Haleon.
Under his leadership, Haleon Puerto Rico has experienced notable improvements in gross sales, operating profit, and market share. Victor's strategic initiatives have enhanced not only the company's digital presence but also its operational efficiency. His collaborative approach and commitment to excellence have been key factors in his success.
