President & General Manager - Daniela Cavinatto

Daniela Cavinatto, President & General Manager of Haleon Canada, is a global business leader with more than 25 years of experience leading consumer goods, retail and direct-to-consumer businesses across North America, Latin America and Europe. She brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, customer partnerships, omnichannel growth and organizational leadership, with a track record of translating strategy into sustainable business performance.

Throughout her career, Daniela has held senior leadership roles across The LEGO Group and Unilever, leading businesses in Canada, Latin America, Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region and across Europe. Her experience spans sales, marketing, direct-to-consumer retail, eCommerce, customer development, supply chain and operations, giving her a broad perspective on building brands and driving growth across diverse markets.

Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UNICAMP in Brazil and has completed executive leadership studies through IMD Switzerland and Harvard Law School. She is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
