Strategy in action

Expanding Otrivin Nasal Mist.

We have taken our new format Otrivin Nasal Mist to 8 markets so far and expect to take it to 18 by the end of the year, including US and Italy. By the end of 2025 we will have reached nearly 50% of the global nasal spray market, up from 10% last year.

Building momentum through our Sensodyne Clinical Platform.
Clinical White is now in 17 markets and we expect to take it to 21 markets by the end of the year. Clinical Repair is now in 16 markets and will be in 21 markets by the end of this year. We will take Pronamel Clinical Enamel Strength, our new innovation launched in the US, to more markets in 2026.

Cementing Centrum’s number one position in the Philippines.
We are focusing on the wellbeing of children in lower income families through the launch of Centrum Kids.

Leveraging global brand platforms to expand in Brazil.
We launched local brand Sonridor through our Panadol platform. Sonridor uses Panadol’s Optizorb technology.

Growing our business in India.
We have more than doubled direct coverage of small towns and villages, driving growth of our Rs20 Sensodyne pack. We also launched Centrum
Recharge, priced at Rs10.

Driving productivity agenda to improve efficiency.
We’ve reduced SKUs across the company by circa 16% since the beginning of 2024, putting us on track to achieve our goal of reducing the number of SKUs by 30% over the next few years.

Running a Responsible Business.
We launched phase three of Economist Impact’s Health Inclusivity Index across 40 countries.
