How the process works:

  • At the start of each year, you'll set three high quality objectives and one development priority that are bold, measurable and deliver impactful results.
    These are anchored around our strategic priorities and behaviours, and focused on maximising your individual contribution.  
  • Regular performance conversations with your manager are expected to be held at least quarterly to review and recognise your performance against your objectives and how you want to grow at Haleon.
  • We encourage you to seek feedback from different people throughout the year - from those more senior, peers, and those more junior than you.
    We want you to get 360 feedback for a rounded picture.
  • Calibration conversations ensure that we are being fair and consistent – focusing on impact and outcomes.
  • Our annual bonus plan is designed to reward and recognise both in-year business performance and individual performance.
